Exchanges & Returns


In the event the product arrives damaged, we will happily exchange it with a new version of that product.


We offer a 60-day return policy if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with our products. If days have passed since your purchase date, we regret to inform you that we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as being in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once the product has passed our inspection, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Returns due to purchasing the wrong color, buyers remorse, or no longer needing the item will result in a $15 flat rate fee that will be deducted from your refund.

If you have yet to receive your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already done this and still have yet to receive your refund, please contact us.
